Di artikel kali ini saya akan share bagaimana cara memperbaiki atau service kerusakan LCD/ LED TV mati total, bagi orang awam mungkin kerusakan seperti tidak mau hidup sama sekali menunjukkan gejala kerusakan yang bagi teknisi akan mempermudah analisa kerusakan karena hampir 90% bisa dipastikan kerusakan ada pada bagian blok power supply sehingga mempercepat demikian tetap diperlukan analisa yang jeli karena mati total juga banyak jenisnya misalnya saja pada beberapa merk TV kerusakan yang terjadi pada TV LCD LG, LED merk LG maupun Samsung TV mati mendadak, tv tiba tiba mati sendiri, atau bahkan tv lcd mati total kena menjelaskan lebih jauh ada baiknya kita mengetahui dulu seperti bagaimana hubungan antar blok / modul supaya teknik analisa kerusakan tv bisa dilakukan dengan benar Secara sederhana dapat dijelaskan cara kerja blok power supply SMPS pada LCD / LED TV yaitu Saat TV diberi tegangan PLN maka dari power supply kecil pada gambar Standby reg 5V akan ada tegangan 5V untuk mikrokontrol pada main standby menyala merah jika tegangan mikrokontrol normal 5VSaat tombol power ditekan maka mikrokontrol akana mengecek setiap blok modul jika tidak ada masalah yang biasanya ditandai dengan LED yang kedip kedip pada LCD terdapat masalah maka akan menyala standbyJika semua modul/ bagian pada LCD normal mikrokontrol akan mengirimkan sinyal “ON” ke bagian blok power supply utama SMPS supaya menghasilkan tegangan 12/24V yang nantinya digunakan untuk power ke mainboard dan inverter lampu LED ballast.LED backlight menyala setelah ada tegangan power supply 24V, rangkaian inverter bekerja dan PWM-DIM sudah Memperbaiki TV LCD/ LED mati totalSeperti dijelaskan diawal kemungkinan besar disebabkan oleh power supply / regulator oleh karena itu perbaikan bisa difokuskan ke power supplynya. Berikut langkah langkah nya Ukur tegangan sesuai label tegangan yang ada pada main board SMPSTegangan untuk standby mikrokontroler wajib ada 5V, pada sebagian TV ada juga yang 3,5V oleh karena itu wajib cek label tegangan di mainboardJika tegangan standby 5V tidak ada bisa dipastikan power supply yang kecil mengalami kerusakanCek apakah sudah ada tegangan kontrol “ON” dari main board ketika power on dinyalakan ?Jika tidak ada maka ada kemungkinan main board ada maka perlu dilakukan pengecekan di SMPS utama kenapa power supply utama tidak mau bekerja sehingga tidak ada supply 12/ kerusakan komponen pada TV tabung dan LCD masih sama saja seputar dioda zener yang short, IC kecil yang putus, regulator power supply pada bagian osilatornya tidak bekerja dll. Namun pada TV LCD ini jangan lupa biasanya terdapat komponen MOSFET regulator yang mengarah sebelum ke trafo tidak jarang juga ditemukan kapasitor kering, sudah menggembung sehingga menyebabkan power supply tegangannya menjadi turun dan tidak bisa bekerja dengan tegangan pada SMPS TV LCD/ LEDUntuk memudahkan bisa dilakukan pengecekan dengan cara mencabut kapasitor/ elko dan mengukurnya dengan AVO meter apakah short atau tidak, lebih baik lagi menggunakan ESR meter supaya pengukuran lebih saat ini belum banyak toko elektronik yang menjual komponen komponen kecil yang mengalami kerusakan, maka disarankan jika memang sudah mentok bisa menggunakan gacun regulator / board power supply alternatif sebagai penggantinya, biasanya disebut juga universal gacun TV untuk LCD/ LED TVYang wajib diketahui adalah tegangan yang diperlukan untuk tiap pin yang ada pada soket power supplynya jangan sampai salah, yang bisa dilihat juga di papan PCB power supplynya . Jika ada tegangan yang tidak sesuai akan sangat adalah sarana sharing teknisi yang berpengalaman di bidang elektronika dan kelistrikan serta banyak menulis artikel tentang instalasi, reparasi dan tutorial seputar dunia elektronika
